Happy Thursday Ya’ll!
Today started out with 5 miles per my training plan, which I based off of the lovely Peanut butter fingers training plan!
Then I made a lovely bowl full of my favorite oats!
and of course a mug of Mocha Java with almond milk and Stevia!
So onto my issue I am going to share. For the last few weeks in the afternoon I have been getting really bloated and gassy. It has been really annoying, but I feel like I cannot pin point one food that would be doing it. Any ideas? I’m going to avoid dairy first and see if that helps!
